Our dental savings plan is designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at an affordable price. Don't worry about yearly maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, or pre-authoriazations. The plan includes:

•  2 Exams
•  2 Dental Cleanings*
•  1 Emergency Exam and X-rays
•  4 Bitewing X-rays
•  Fluoride Treatment 2x/year**
•  20% Off All Additional Treatment

*Periodontal plans include 3 cleanings per year
**Fluoride treatment is only included with our child plan
